Don't miss the opportunity to present your game in front of a number of experts who can provide you with relevant feedback and maybe even establish cooperation in the future. Up to 12 developer teams participating in the Indie Showcase will get the opportunity to present their game during the GDS Prague Pitch Arena on Saturday.

How To Join?

Access to the Pitch Arena is offered to all developers showcasing their projects in the GDS Prague Indie Expo. All participating teams should receive informative e-mail with detailed instructions on how to join. If you have not, and you are interested to join, please contact us at indie@gdsprague.com

The deadline for submissions to join the Pitch Arena is until 6.12. 2024

When and Where?

December 14, 2024 (Saturday)
16:00 - 18:00, including a break in the middle
Summit Hall (H) of the Prague Congress Centre

How To Get Ready

Prepare a 3-minute pitch presentation about the game. Here is what your presentation should cover:

Present visuals of your game
Cover your unique selling points
Describe the core gameplay
Ideally include a short video of your game
Present the highlights of your business model
Estimate your sales, revenue and budget

Pitching Session Structure:

3-minute studio presentation
3 - 5 minutes of subsequent discussion with the judges

This is a unique opportunity to establish contact with experts, obtain valuable and relevant feedback on the game, or establish possible cooperation!

How Are Participants Selected?

A team comprising game publishers, consultants, and experts will evaluate your game based on internal criteria. Primarily, the selection will hinge on whether your game aligns with the fundamental requirements of game publishers showcased at the conference, aiming to foster optimal outcomes and synergies.

A maximum of 12 teams will be selected based on those criteria.

For the selected participants, there will be an online session presented by Cyber Sail Consulting, helping you best prepare your ultimate pitch. Participating in this call is voluntary, and it aims to elevate quality of your pitch and give you the most accurate feedback in order to maximize your chances to impress the board of experts and land you a publishing deal.

The date and details of this call will be announced later directly to the selected teams.
